Summer Memberships
Our $99 Summer Memberships are in full swing during the month of June. These Memberships are valid from Memorial Day through Labor Day and give you access to the best benefits we offer for a fraction of the cost! Summer Members enjoy free range use, lane reservation privileges, 1/2 off standard range rentals, 10% off classes, 15% off gunsmith labor, 5% off regular merchandise (excluding firearms), 3 guest passes and more. If you decide you like it here so much that you want to stay on as a full Member after Labor Day (we think you will!), we’ll apply the $99 you paid for your Summer Membership to the initiation fee. Free Members Only Seminars
Our Free Members Only Seminar series continues in June with a FREE Active Threat seminar June 14th at 6PM. Active Threat is a course that will empower those that find themselves in the middle of a rapidly unfolding incident with Law Enforcement, Fire and EMS minutes away. THIS IS A SHORTENED VERSION OF THE FULL CLASS. Your safety and security are personal, it’s time to start taking personal action to ensure your safety. This class will take you through the awareness, preparedness, mitigation, response and medical steps that are vital to your survival. Regardless of your current level of preparedness, the Active Threat course will elevate you to a higher level of thinking and doing. Topics covered: Threats and Trends, How to Mitigate Your Potential Threat, How to Prepare for the Threat, Response Actions that can be taken, Communication, What Do/Should you Carry. Register here.
June Sales, Promotions and Special Classes
#NotMe Day
Join Bristlecone and the Littleton Chapter of The Well Armed Woman Saturday June 1st for national #NotMe Day. This will be a day to stand in solidarity with other women self-protectors while we show the world we refuse to be a victim. Each participant will visit their local range and fire three rounds to symbolize I am empowered, I am prepared, I will not be a victim. “#NotMe Day is an opportunity for all women to join together and show the world that women refuse to be forever bound to the unequal battlefield of violence.” – Carrie Lightfoot, Founder of The Well Armed Woman.
Bristlecone will have 2 lanes dedicated to this initiative from 10AM-2PM, as well as 2 handgun rentals that can be used gratis for anyone not bringing their own firearm. You do not need to be a Member at Bristlecone or a Member of The Well Armed Woman to participate. No reservation needed.
Defense Tactics Level 1
Our next class is June 8th at 9AM. You can register here or by calling us at 303.985.0989. During this 3 hour course, you will learn personal defense mindset, as well as some basic moves that could save your life when you’re unable to runaway or avoid danger. Chris Goettsch, our instructor and owner of Evolution Mixed Martial Arts in Lakewood, has received great reviews from our students after his first few classes. Here’s what a student from his May 18th class said, “I wanted to Thank You and Bristlecone for providing the class this morning with Chris! It was really an eye opener of how much I don’t know…..I will definitely take more of his classes at the range.”
Father’s Day Sale and Event
It’s all about Father’s Day in June at Bristlecone. We’ll be hosting a store-wide Father’s Day sale June 14th through June 16th with great prices on all firearms, optics, ammunition, suppressors, accessories and apparel. Dad loves a great deal and we’ll have them all weekend long! Did you know that our sale prices also extend to special orders? If we don’t have what you’re looking for when you come, we will order it for you at the same discount we’re running in the store! Not only will we have great deals all weekend long, but we’ll also have FREE range time for Dads all day Sunday June 16th and FREE lunch on the grill starting at 11AM (while supplies last) and a gun giveaway (must enter and be present to win June 16th)! Virtual Simulator Open House
Looking for a good family activity in the air conditioning this summer (besides our live fire range)? The Virtual Simulator is a great option at Bristlecone. It’s affordable and Members get an additional discount. Join us Tuesday June 18th from 6-7PM or Saturday June 29th from 11AM-12PM for a free demonstration and test drive. Blast some zombies, enjoy a wide variety of virtual ranges and interactive targets, or try your hand at personal defense scenarios!
