All Ruger, All Weekend 10/22, 10/23 and 10/24

Range and Training

Our “spooky” Halloween-themed events are back this year by popular demand, along with other fun competitions and classes!  There’s something for all skill levels and ages this month at Bristlecone – we can’t wait to see you on the range and in the shoot house! 

October GSSF (Glock Shooting Sports Foundation) Matches – October 6th, 13th, 20th

These matches are great if you’re interested in getting in to competitive shooting, and they are back on our calendar this month! 

GSSF matches are one of many types of competitive shooting opportunities Bristlecone provides.  The GSSF League Matches are a series of three matches where participants shoot Glock branded pistols and compete to achieve the best score based on accuracy and marksmanship.  Don’t own a Glock?  We have plenty in our rental fleet for you to choose from.

In order to qualify to win the awesome awards and prizes that Glock provides, participants must shoot in at least 2 out of 3 matches in the series. Read more and sign up here.

Halloween Shoot House – Zombie Invasion! – October 29th and 31st

Our Shoot House is typically used for scenario-based training with Simunition-modified firearms and ammunition.  But this month it’s been infested with Zombies!  Are you ready to put your training to the test? What better way than by surviving an onslaught of zombies!

The rules are simple – two shots, (or one good headshot) and the zombie is down… but don’t wait for too long! They have a habit of getting up again…. Your goal is to make it through to the other side and escape the room while surviving the Zombie apocalypse.  You will have the opportunity to run through our Shoot House and experience our state-of-the-art Virtual Simulator during the experience. Rattling the Bones – Halloween Downrange Shoot – October 29th

This event is hosted by the Bristlecone Tac Pistol Instructors.  You must be holster qualified before registering.  Stop in for a downrange shooting adventure! We have an invasion of skeletons, zombies, and clowns and could use some help rattling their bones! For the session, you will have an opportunity to run some Halloween related drills with our Tac Pistol Instructors downrange. If you love Lunchtime Locked & Loaded, this event is perfect for you!  Come early and practice some of the drills, and then compete to find out who is the best of the best!  Read more and register here.

Halloween Multi-Gun Haunt, All Ages and Youth Only – October 30th and 31st

Come out and have some fun with all three firearms platforms on our haunted tactical range.  Beginners are welcome!  You’ll be running through a modified and guided set of 3-gun stages on our Halloween-themed range.  Rental handguns, shotguns and rifles as well as ammunition are included in the price of admission.  Read more and register here.
