Training Classes to watch
Bristlecone continues to be the leader in class variety and quality of instruction and curriculum in the Denver area. January is a great time to evaluate what you want to focus on in 2025 and take action. Here are some classes worth considering this month:
Concealed Carry
In addition to our regular concealed carry curriculum (4 hours including range time), we also teach this class in a “for beginners” format, and we offer co-ed and women’s only sessions for both versions. With the new CO law that changes the required length for these classes to 8 hours (goes into effect in July), now is a great time to fulfill the requirements for a permit. Tactical Training Series
Ready to take your skills to the next level? Bristlecone offers downrange classes and drill sessions across all 3 platforms; pistol, rifle, and shotgun. Our highly qualified, amazing instructors will guide you in a safe and comfortable environment every step of the way, until your skills are finely tuned. Most series require pre-requisites. FREE walk-in instructors on the range
In addition to taking classes to develop your skills, it’s important to get regular practice in on the range. Bristlecone offers *FREE* access to our instructors every Tuesday evening during our Walk-in Instructor sessions on the range. All you pay is your range fee (and if you’re a Member or a woman, that’s $0 since Tuesdays are Ladies Day) and you’ll be on the range where one of our instructors can answer questions, help you with drills, and provide a structured practice session if that’s what you’re looking for. If you bring our Gunsmith the name of a new customer (must be a first time Bristlecone Gunsmith customer) that you referred who uses the Gunsmith in January, you’ll get an extra 10% off of labor on your next Gunsmith job. If you’re a Member, that’s 25% off (because you already get 15% off labor every day in the Gunsmith Shop as a Member benefit!). And remember, the Gunsmith gives a 5% discount to Veterans all year round!
