Intro to Pistol is a comprehensive course that is designed to teach basic pistol handling, ammunition, selecting and storing a firearm, and most importantly, handgun safety. Skills learned in the classroom will be reinforced during the live fire range portion of the class. This 4 hour class is offered in women’s only and coed formats to fit the needs and comfortability of all students! Whether you have never held a gun before or have experience and want to refine your handgun fundamentals, this class will help you gain confidence in your ability to handle firearms safely.
Recommended equipment:
- Handgun
- 50 rounds of ammunition
- Hearing and eye protection.
- If you don’t already have the recommended equipment, we offer rentals at the facility for a discounted price! Ammunition must be purchased from the facility if you require a handgun rental.
A minimum of 3 students is required to run the class or it may be canceled/rescheduled.
