Legion Post 2001 Shoot-Off

Legion Post 2001 challenges all Veterans Service organizations to an invitation only Competitive Pistol Shoot-Off!

Cost: $40 each participant / Must register as Team of 5. For a team to secure a spot in the competition, they must register and prepay.

– 2 practice rounds and one competitive round allowed in 1 session for each participant. Lady shooters encouraged.
– Participants need to supply ammo for the 2 practice rounds.
– Bristlecone to provide 12 rounds of ammo to participants for competitive course of fire.
– All pistol calibers allowed, except no .22’s and no laser sights or scopes. Open sights only.
– Participants are allowed to bring their own pistols. Rental pistols are available from Bristlecone at a discounted rate on the day of the event.
– All participants will have access to the fun and exciting Simulation Room prior to and after firing.
– Bristlecone representatives will determine total points for each team.
– Team with highest total points will be awarded the Veterans Cup Shoot-Off Traveling Trophy with their VSO and team members engraved.
– Trophy presentation will be after all teams have completed their competitive firing and points have been totaled.
– Winning team will guarantee to participate in the next Shoot-Off and bring the traveling trophy.

– Lunch snacks, refreshments, and trophy will be provided by Post 2001.
– All proceeds from this event will go to support Legion Post 2001’s Legion and veterans programs.
