Intro to Competitive Shooting

This class will teach you everything you need to know to begin participating in USPSA matches. Participants will be safety checked and receive a safety card to shoot in the ECO USPSA matches after completing the course. Our instructor will teach you all appropriate range commands, Virginia count, comstock, major and minor caliber and how targets are scored, as well as unwritten range etiquette. You will shoot an actual stage at the end of the class.
Participants must be holster qualified through Bristlecone (except for active law enforcement)*, and bring the following:
- Pistol
- Holster
- 3 mags
- Mag carrier
- 75 rounds ammo
Participants must also have reviewed the USPSA Rule Book online with specific attention to Chapter 10 prior to the class. http://www.uspsa.org/
