Fundamentals of Defensive Focus Shooting- SOLD OUT

Fundamentals of Defensive Focus Shooting is a one-day course that will expose the student to all of the core principles and fundamentals of the Defensive Focus Shooting program. This course will cover the basics of intuitive defense shooting, combat accuracy, the balance of speed and precision, an introduction to understanding the body’s natural reactions to a Dynamic Critical Incident and understanding the integration of movement. Skills learned in the classroom will be reinforced in the live fire range time.
- Defensive Handgun (modern striker fire preferred)
- 3 magazines, Magazine carrier
- Appropriate strong side holster
- 400 Rounds of ammunition
- Sturdy belt
- Hearing and Eye protection
- Range appropriate clothing (No shorts or open toed shoes).
**Minimum number of students (4) required to run the class or it may be canceled/rescheduled. Only one free retake student allowed per session. Those wanting to retake, must contact the instructor directly in order to register.
my husband and I took Dave Marris’ Fundamentals of Defensive Focus Shooting class on November 1st, 2015. I was nervous but very excited to get some more range time under my belt, especially some “outside the lane”, dynamic shooting. Dave’s class did not disappoint.
